The web shop alchemia.com.pl, available at www.alchemia.com.pl/sklep , is operated by Alchemia Wityński, Żakowski Spółka Jawna (Registered Partnership), entered in the Register of Enterprises of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, Entry No. 0000294353. Our NIP Taxpayer Identification Number is 6762366033. The firm has its registered office in Kraków at ul. Estery 5 (5 Estery Street).
1. The web shop of Alchemia Wityński, Żakowski Spółka Jawna, hereinafter referred to as “Alchemia”, is designed to enable the user to purchase tickets to all concerts listed on the main page www.alchemia.com.pl/sklep, providing that the tickets are sold until the day preceding the date of event. The shop also conducts on-line retail sale of CDs with records of artists who performed at Alchemia. Orders are accepted only over our website www.alchemia.com.pl or at the firm’s office.
2. All products offered at the Alchemia shop are brand new, free from defects or third party rights and have been legally introduced into the Polish market.
3. All prices quoted on the website alchemia.com.pl are gross prices (include VAT). The price shown next to the product at the time of order completion by the customer is binding upon both parties to the transaction.
4. We make out invoices for all goods sold.
5. All ordered goods are delivered by Poczta Polska (Polish public post service). It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to cover the costs of shipment. Information about delivery costs is available under this tag: http://www.poczta-polska.pl/cennik.htm.
6. Goods or tickets may be purchased upon login (Alchemia does not accept responsibility for errors in data entered by the customer in the form) and your acceptance of the Policy.
7. The sale is conditional on the payment for ticket(s) or CDs at the time of purchase.
8. Available methods of payment through the system Platnosci.pl include: credit cards: Visa, MasterCards, American Express online bank transfers (e-transfers): mTransfer, Inteligo, MultiTransfer, BZWBK 24, Nordea, BPH, PKO, PKO24, PKOInteligo, PeKaO, ING Bank Śląski, Lucas Bank, Millenium, Kredyt Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Invest Bank, Deutsche Bank.9. If the payment is not made during the process of order completion (using one of the payment methods listed above), the transaction will be cancelled and the feature of return to the transaction will be disabled.
10. If the user has logged out and logs in again to the shop, there is no option to reduce or increase the number of purchased ticket by way of editing the order (making changes to the recorded order).
11. The tickets are sent to the customer by e-mail upon our receipt of payment confirmation from the payment agent.
12. If an ordered and paid ticket is not delivered to you two days before the commencement of the event, please contact our office during business hours.
13. The booking number must be kept strictly confidential - the service Alchemia.com.pl does not accept responsibility for the consequences of disclosure of the number to third parties or unauthorised reception of tickets by third parties who obtain the booking number due to negligence of the owner of the booking number.
14. Tickets may only be returned if the concert / event is cancelled or its date or venue are changed.
15. Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Protection and Product Liability Act of 2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws Dz.U. No. 22, item 271), Section 7, the consumer has the right to return the ordered goods within a period of ten (10) days from the date of their delivery and to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, in accordance with the general rules applicable to remote execution of contracts. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, it is regarded as null and void, and the consumer is free from any obligations. The goods returned as described above will only be accepted if received in its original condition, unless a change was necessary, within the limits of “normal management”. This means that the goods must be put in the original, undamaged package with complete contents, and the product itself with all accessories may not be damaged. The consumer may open the package to view the goods, and the goods may be used, provided that this does not result in changes to their condition. According to the Act, audio and video records and computer programs (software) recorded on storage media may not be returned once removed by the customer from the original package. If the customer wishes to exercise the right defined above, the goods must be returned at the customer’s expense to the sender’s address shown in the consignment note (waybill). The returned parcel must include a written statement of withdrawal from the contract and the customer’s bank account. The shop will examine the product within 2 business days. If the goods meet the requirements defined above, a correcting invoice will be issued to cancel the transaction. Its original with a copy will be sent to the customer by priority mail. The customer is required to send back a signed copy of the correcting invoice. The shop will return the payment to the customer’s bank account within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the signed invoice copy.

17. If any problem occurs, please always give the number of the order in question during telephone conversation or in your e-mail.
18. This Policy defines the rules for purchases at the Alchemia web shop. The customer who places an order with the shop also accepts all provisions and information contained in the Policy.
