Electro-acoustic ensemble „free improvised music”. The latest Rafał Mazur’s project, one of the leaders of free-improvised scene im Krakow.
“In bands creating a free-improvised music we do not prepare the compositions on rehearsals, but we create them during our performance. In this kind of music composing equals rendering a composition. It is both the first and the last performance.
Act of improvisation is disposable and unique. That is why the most important thing is the best selection of musicians you are playing with. Attila Dóra associates me in most of my ensembles and Rafał Drewniany is the only one person I cooperate, in charge of computer sounds.
I have played many concerts with both of them. Qba Janicki is a young drummer who, in my view, is going to become a well-known musician in Polish free improvised music scene.” Rafał Mazur
