Jazz Night
The Masecki/Ravitz duet is in a way a continuation of TAQ achievement in the field of improvised music, whereas Stevenson focuses now on solo concerts.
Marcin Masecki and Ziv Ravitz met in 2002 in Boston, during their studies at Berklee College of Music. Together with a bass player Garth Stevenson came across to each other during the recording studio session which, in consequence , made them found a band.
In this way TAQ came into being which since 2002-2006 performed in Poland and USA under different names. The band recorded in 2005 the record "TAQ - Live in Mińsk Mazowiecki’’ and after became to appear some esthetic differences between Stevenson Ravitz and Masecki. Unofficially the trio is falling apart.
